(A) DO NOT USE DOCTOUR'S SERVICES, THE APP OR THE PORTAL TO SEEK MEDICAL SERVICES FOR PEOPLE WHO ARE UNCONSCIOUS, HAVING TROUBLE BREATHING, GASPING FOR AIR, OR PEOPLE EXPERIENCING A SEVERE ALLERGIC REACTION, CHEST PAIN, PROFUSE BLEEDING OR ANY OTHER SYMPTOMS REQUIRING IMMEDIATE MEDICAL ATTENTION OR ANY EMERGENCY MEDICAL CARE. IF YOU OR THE PERSON WITH YOU HAVE A MEDICAL EMERGENCY CALL 911 OR GO IMMEDIATELY TO THE NEAREST EMERGENCY ROOM (ER) OR NEAREST HOSPITAL.

(B) Because the mexican legislation prohibits it, it is not possible for our doctors to give medical prescriptions for any medication listed in the Controlled Substances Act (CSA) or the medications in Group 3 and under of the Mexican General Health Law, this includes but its not limited to benzodiazepines, opioids, etc.

Our doctors are certified health professionals, with years of experience, who will always try to ensure the welfare of you and your family, however, there are ailments and situations that are better diagnosed and treated in person. In this cases, and in the event of a minor procedure or laboratory analysis, the DOCTOUR STAFF (Doctors, Nurses) will have you sign some important documents. Covid-19 Test Refund Policy

100% Refund if your cancellation is done within the first 48 hours after your payment.
50% Refund if your cancellation is done after the first 48 hours after your payment and up to 72 hours before your test is scheduled.
No Refunds if your cancellation is done less than 72 hours before your test is scheduled.
No Charge in case you need to change the date of the test.
